Jeffrey Laird

Mr. Laird is a certified Physician Assistant and founding partner of SLY Medical. He attended Red Rocks Physician Assistant program where he completed his training to become a Physician Assistant and earned a Master of Medical Science from St. Francis University.

Prior to working in a rural environment he spent 15 years working in high-volume urban emergency departments in Denver, Colorado.

Before beginning his career as a Physician Assistant Mr. Laird served in the United States Marine Corps. He subsequently worked in law enforcement for over 8 years in Texas and in the mountains of southwest Colorado. During this time he cross-trained as a paramedic, and received extensive training and experience in mountain search and rescue, swift-water rescue, and backcountry medicine.
